This Trust & Safety Policy describes Denkora's overall approach to keeping the Platform safe, professional, and trustworthy for founders, businesses, investors, and the wider ecosystem. It brings together, at a high level, the protections detailed in our Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Anti-Fraud Policy, Content Policy, and Report Abuse Policy.

2. Our Approach

Denkora's Trust & Safety framework rests on four pillars:

• Prevention — identity and business verification features, AI-assisted fraud and spam detection, and clear platform rules
• Detection — automated monitoring combined with human review of reported and flagged content/accounts
• Response — proportionate enforcement actions, ranging from warnings to account termination
• Transparency — clear policies, appeal mechanisms, and (where legally required) transparency reporting

3. Safety Features

Denkora provides Users with tools including:

• Reporting mechanisms for abusive content, fraud, and policy violations
• Blocking and muting functionality
• Verification badges for startups and investors
• Privacy and visibility controls for profile information
• AI-assisted moderation of content and behavior patterns

4. Content and Conduct Moderation

Moderation decisions are guided by our Community Guidelines, Content Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Denkora may take enforcement action without prior notice in cases of severe or urgent violations (e.g., fraud, threats, illegal content).

5. Child Safety

Denkora is a professional platform intended solely for adult Users (18+). We do not knowingly permit minors to register. Any account found to belong to a minor will be removed. Suspected child exploitation content will be removed immediately and reported to the relevant authorities and, where applicable, organizations such as NCMEC.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

Denkora may disclose information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law, in response to valid legal process, or where necessary to prevent harm, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

7. User Responsibilities

Users play a role in maintaining a safe platform by reporting suspicious activity, avoiding sharing sensitive personal or financial information prematurely with unverified contacts, and exercising independent judgment in all business and investment interactions.

8. Appeals

Users subject to enforcement action may appeal through the process described in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically as our Trust & Safety practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
