Account Suspension Termination Policy
AI-Powered Founder & Business Collaboration Platform
By creating an account or using Denkora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
1. Introduction
This Policy explains the circumstances under which Denkora may suspend or terminate a User's Account, and the process for appealing such decisions.
2. Grounds for Suspension or Termination
Denkora may suspend or terminate an Account, in whole or in part, where a User:
Violates the Terms & Conditions, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Content Policy, or Anti-Fraud Policy
Provides false, fraudulent, or misleading registration, profile, verification, or fundraising information
Engages in harassment, threats, hate speech, or other harmful conduct toward other Users
Engages in spam, scraping, or other prohibited technical activity
Poses a security risk to the Platform or other Users
Fails to pay applicable fees for paid features (future), where applicable
Is required to be removed by applicable law or valid legal process
3. Types of Enforcement Action
Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, Denkora may take graduated action, including:
Content removal or de-ranking
Warning notices
Temporary feature restrictions (e.g., limiting messaging or posting)
Temporary Account suspension
Permanent Account termination
Severe violations (e.g., fraud, illegal content, threats of violence) may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior warning.
4. Notice
Where feasible and not prohibited by law or ongoing investigation needs, Denkora will provide notice of enforcement action and the general reason for it.
5. Appeals
Users who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 30 Days of the action, including relevant supporting information. Denkora will review appeals in good faith, though not all decisions may be reversible (e.g., where required by law or in cases of confirmed fraud).
6. Voluntary Account Deletion
Users may voluntarily delete their Account at any time via account settings, subject to our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
7. Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Denkora may retain certain data as required by law or as described in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy. Provisions of the Terms & Conditions that by their nature survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification) remain in effect.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
