Community Guidelines
AI-Powered Founder & Business Collaboration Platform
By using Denkora, you agree to follow these community guidelines and help keep the platform safe and respectful for everyone.
1. Introduction
Denkora is a professional platform built for founders, businesses, investors, and the wider innovation ecosystem. These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") set the standards of conduct expected of every User to keep Denkora trustworthy, professional, and safe.
These Guidelines supplement our Terms & Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, or termination, as described in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
2. Scope
These Guidelines apply to all activity on Denkora, including profiles, posts, articles, comments, messages, community discussions, and event listings.
3. Professional Conduct
We expect all Users to:
- Communicate respectfully and professionally
- Provide accurate information about themselves, their business, or their startup
- Engage in good faith when networking, fundraising, or offering feedback
- Respect the time, privacy, and boundaries of other Users
- Disclose material conflicts of interest where relevant (e.g., paid promotions, affiliations)
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Create fake or duplicate profiles, or impersonate any individual, business, or organization
- Harass, threaten, or bully other Users
- Post hate speech or content that demeans individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
- Engage in fraud, including fake fundraising campaigns, Ponzi-style schemes, or misrepresenting business/investment credentials
- Spam — including repetitive unsolicited messages, mass-follow/unfollow abuse, or irrelevant promotional content
- Solicit inappropriately — including unrelated sales pitches, recruitment spam, or unsolicited financial solicitation outside permitted fundraising features
- Share misleading or false information about a business, startup, product, or investment opportunity
- Post illegal, obscene, or sexually explicit content
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
5. Startup and Investor Conduct
Given Denkora's focus on startups and investment discovery:
- Startups must not fabricate traction, funding, or team credentials
- Investors must not misrepresent their accreditation, fund status, or investment intent
- All fundraising-related content must comply with our Investment Disclaimer and Fundraising provisions
- Users soliciting investment must not guarantee returns or make misleading financial projections
6. Reporting Violations
Users can report violations of these Guidelines using the in-platform reporting tools. See our Report Abuse Policy for the full process. Denkora reviews reports and takes appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, or account termination.
7. Enforcement
Denkora uses a combination of automated systems (including AI-assisted moderation) and human review to enforce these Guidelines. Enforcement actions are proportionate to the severity and frequency of violations, and may include:
- Content removal
- Warnings
- Temporary feature restrictions
- Account suspension or termination
- Reporting to law enforcement, where required by law
8. Appeals
Users who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may appeal through the process described in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
9. Changes to These Guidelines
Denkora may update these Guidelines periodically to reflect evolving community needs and platform features. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
