Please read before using Denkora

By creating an account or using Denkora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the technical and behavioral boundaries for using Denkora's website, applications, and APIs. It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.

2. Scope

This AUP applies to all Users, including those accessing Denkora via the website, mobile applications, browser extensions, or API integrations.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

3.1 Platform Integrity

  1. Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to access or extract data from the Platform without express written permission

  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services

  3. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions

  4. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including through denial-of-service attacks

3.2 Data and Security

  1. Engage in unauthorized data mining, harvesting, or aggregation of User data

  2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Account, system, or network connected to Denkora

  3. Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code

  4. Conduct phishing, social engineering, or credential-harvesting attacks against Users

3.3 Content and Conduct

  1. Post spam, unauthorized advertising, or unsolicited bulk messages

  2. Impersonate any person, business, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

  3. Use the Platform to facilitate fraudulent fundraising, investment scams, or pyramid/Ponzi schemes

  4. Upload content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party

  5. Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws

3.4 API and Developer Use

  1. Use the Denkora API in violation of our API Terms of Use or Developer Policy

  2. Exceed authorized rate limits or usage quotas

  3. Use API access to build a competing product without authorization

  4. Resell or sublicense API access without written consent

4. AI-Related Use

Users must not use Denkora's AI Features to generate misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or harmful content, or to circumvent moderation systems (e.g., adversarial prompts designed to bypass content filters).

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Denkora reserves the right to monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP, using automated tools and human review. Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, account suspension, or termination, as described in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy, and may be reported to law enforcement where required.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it via our Report Abuse Policy process.

7. Changes to This Policy

Denkora may update this AUP periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
