SVG vs PNG — Which to Use?
Different formats are provided for different use cases.
Use SVG for Web / Responsive
SVG is vector-based, meaning it scales infinitely without losing quality. Use it for websites, apps, and anywhere the logo needs to be crisp at any size.
Use PNG for Static / Print
PNG is raster-based (pixel-based). Use it when you need a specific fixed size, or when exporting for print where SVG may not be supported.
Transparent Background
Both SVG and PNG can have transparent backgrounds. Choose the file with 'Transparent' in its name to place the logo on any background color.
Color Matching
For SVG files, the color is baked into the code. For PNG files, choose the version that matches your background (light text for dark bg, dark text for light bg).
Brand Usage
Please keep the Denkora brand consistent whenever using these assets.
Before you use
- Use only official assets: Always download the current Denkora Brand Assets from this page. Do not recreate, redraw, trace, modify, or obtain Denkora logos from unofficial sources.
- Keep the logo unchanged: The Denkora logo must always be displayed in its original proportions, design, typography, and approved colors.
- Maintain clear space: Leave sufficient space around the Denkora logo so that it remains visually distinct from surrounding text, graphics, logos, buttons, and other elements.
- Maintain sufficient visibility: The logo must remain clearly visible and recognizable. Do not place the logo on a background that makes it difficult to see or identify.
- Use the correct version: Use the light or dark version appropriate for the background. Do not create your own color variations.
You must not
- Modify the Logo: Do not stretch, compress, rotate, flip, mirror, distort, crop, recreate, redraw, change typography, proportions, add/remove elements, animate, or add visual effects that alter the logo.
- Change the Brand Colors: Do not recolor the Denkora logo using your own brand colors or other unauthorized colors. Do not apply gradients, patterns, textures, or other treatments.
- Add Effects: Do not add drop shadows, outlines, glow effects, 3D effects, bevels, embossing, filters, distortion, or decorative elements to the Denkora logo.
- Combine the Logo With Your Brand: Do not combine the Denkora logo with your company name, logo, product name, slogan, or other trademark to create a new logo or composite brand identity.
- Create Confusingly Similar Branding: You must not create, adopt, register, or use a name, logo, symbol, design, domain name, social-media handle, application name, product name, or other identifier that is confusingly similar to Denkora's trademarks.
- Imply Sponsorship or Endorsement: Do not use Denkora Brand Assets in a manner that suggests or implies that Denkora sponsors, endorses, certifies, recommends, partners with, is affiliated with, invests in, or is a subsidiary of your organization.
- Use Denkora as Your Brand: You may not use 'Denkora' or a confusingly similar variation as your company name, product name, service name, app name, website name, domain name, social-media username, or trademark without express written authorization.
- Use on Merchandise: Do not manufacture, sell, distribute, or offer merchandise containing Denkora Brand Assets, including T-shirts, clothing, hats, bags, mugs, stickers, or other physical goods.
Permitted uses
- Website Links: Displaying the Denkora logo as a link to denkora.com or an official Denkora webpage.
- Editorial & Media References: Using the Denkora logo or name in legitimate articles, news coverage, reviews, interviews, publications, blogs, or other editorial content that accurately refers to Denkora.
- Product & Service References: Referring to Denkora when accurately describing a product, service, integration, feature, partnership, or relationship involving Denkora.
- Directories & Listings: Displaying the Denkora logo in software directories, startup directories, technology listings, comparison websites, review websites, or similar resources where Denkora is accurately listed.
- Presentations: Using the Denkora logo in presentations, reports, educational materials, or business documents where Denkora is being legitimately referenced.
- Integration & Compatibility: Using the Denkora name or approved logo to accurately indicate that a product or service integrates with, works with, connects to, or is compatible with Denkora.
Background guidelines
- Light Backgrounds: Use the official dark/primary Denkora logo.
- Dark Backgrounds: Use the official light Denkora logo.
- Photographic Backgrounds: Only use the logo where sufficient contrast and clear space are available.
- Colored Backgrounds: Use only the approved Denkora logo version that provides sufficient contrast. Do not recolor the logo.
