Trademark Policy

1. Introduction

This Trademark Policy governs the use of "Denkora," the Denkora logo, the tagline "AI-Powered Founder & Business Collaboration Platform," and other Denkora brand assets (collectively, the "Marks").

2. Ownership

The Marks are the property of Denkora [and/or its registered trademark applications/registrations in applicable jurisdictions, including India]. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Permitted Use

Users, press, and partners may reference "Denkora" in a purely descriptive, nominative manner (e.g., "I found this investor on Denkora," "As featured on Denkora") without prior written permission, provided such use:

• Does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists
• Does not modify, distort, or combine the Marks with other logos or wording in a misleading way
• Complies with any Denkora brand guidelines published from time to time

4. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Use the Marks in a way that is likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship, or affiliation
• Register domain names, social media handles, or business names incorporating "Denkora" or confusingly similar variants
• Use the Marks in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or competing services
• Alter the Denkora logo's colors, proportions, or design elements

5. Third-Party Trademarks

Denkora respects the trademark rights of third parties referenced on the Platform (e.g., integrated services such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe). Use of third-party marks on Denkora is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement by those third parties.

6. Reporting Trademark Infringement

If you believe your trademark is being infringed by content on Denkora, submit a notice including your trademark registration details (if any), a description of the infringing use, and your contact information, to the address in Section 8.

7. Enforcement

Denkora reserves the right to take action against unauthorized use of the Marks, including content removal, account suspension, and legal action, consistent with our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.
