Content Policy

1. Introduction

This Content Policy governs all User-Generated Content ("UGC") published on Denkora, including posts, articles, comments, business/startup profiles, images, videos, logos, and documents.

2. Ownership and License

You retain ownership of Content you submit. By posting Content, you grant Denkora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and adapt that Content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services, as further described in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Content Standards

All Content must:

• Be accurate and not materially misleading, particularly regarding business, startup, or investment claims
• Comply with applicable law, including intellectual property, defamation, and privacy law
• Respect the professional nature of the Platform
• Not infringe the rights of any third party

4. Prohibited Content

Content must not include:

• Hate speech or content demeaning individuals/groups based on protected characteristics
• Sexually explicit, obscene, or gratuitously violent material
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related content, including fake fundraising claims
• Malware, phishing links, or other malicious code
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Personal data of third parties posted without consent
• Content generated by AI that is misleadingly presented as human-created professional credentials or verified claims

5. AI-Generated Content

Users may use AI tools to assist in creating Content (e.g., drafting posts or profile descriptions). Users remain fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of any AI-assisted Content they publish. Materially AI-generated business claims, credentials, or testimonials must not be presented as verified or human-authored where this would mislead other Users.

6. Logos, Images, and Brand Assets

Users uploading company logos, product images, or brand assets represent that they own or are authorized to use such assets. Denkora is not responsible for verifying ownership of uploaded brand assets and will act on valid takedown requests as described in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

7. Content Moderation

Denkora uses a combination of automated (AI-assisted) systems and human review to moderate Content for compliance with this Policy. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or de-rank Content that violates this Policy, without prior notice in cases of severe violations.

8. Reporting Content

Users may report Content that violates this Policy using in-platform reporting tools. See our Report Abuse Policy for details.

9. Appeals

Users may appeal Content removal decisions through the process described in our Account Suspension & Termination Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform.
